About the Conference
Culture, understood as a people’s creative engagement with existence, represents their capital. Society draws inspiration from culture to navigate life's challenges, offering enormous opportunities while also presenting risks when misused.
In today’s world of advancements in new media technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and the Internet of Things (IoT), culture is evolving, presenting both opportunities and challenges. This dynamic interplay enriches disciplines like science, art, language, literature, history, politics, economics, music, and entertainment, advancing the boundaries of Igbo studies and scholarship.
This year's conference welcomes submissions exploring these novel dynamics to expand the scope of Igbo studies scholarship.
