This year's conference is being organized through Zoom video conferencing technology. We did ask you to record your video ahead of time in order to minimize technical issues. Below are steps to present your paper via Zoom:
1. Prepare ahead and ensure that your pre-recorded video is available on the system/computer you will be using to log into the conference
2. When it is your turn to present, the Panel Chair will announce and invite you to present.
3. Share your screen and play your video. Please click here for tips on how to use Zoom.
4. When the video finishes playing, the Panel Chair will announce the next presenter.
5. Wait to take questions from your colleagues during the Q&A session.
