How to present your paper via Zoom

This year's conference is being organized via Zoom video conferencing technology. The login details are included in the panels in the event program. When you log in, you will arrive in a common room. A lot of events such as the opening ceremony, featured and keynote speeches, will take place in the common room so that everyone can participate together.

But we will have breakout rooms for the panels since two or three will be running concurrently each time. You will be assigned to your breakout room when you arrive at the common room. Below are steps to present your paper via Zoom:

    1. Prepare ahead and ensure that all your presentation materials such as video clip or PowerPoint presentations are all available on the system/computer you will be using to log into the conference

    2. When it is your turn to present, the Panel Chair will announce and invite you to present.

    3. Share your screen (if needed) and make your presentation. Please click here for tips on how to use Zoom.

    4. When you finish presenting, the Panel Chair will announce the next presenter.

    5. Wait to take questions from your colleagues during the Q&A session.

Please click here to read the tips for the Panel Chair and familiarize yourself with how he or she will run the panel.

    Thanks.
